NUMBER OF PARTICIPATING STUDENTS: 1000 APPROX AND 60 TEACHERS AND NON TEACHING STAFF

The much awaited FIT INDIA SCHOOL WEEK was observed on Monday 25 th of November by Techno India Group Public School Konnagar with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere. Approximately 1000 students from class KG to XII and more than 60 teachers and other non teaching staff participated in the programme.

Day 01: The programme began with yoga asana and various activities of fitness and nutrition like Surya Namskar, Utkatasana, Chandrasana, Virabhadrasana-1 and 2 Vrikshasana, Padamastasana etc. An energizing display set the tone for the rest of the event. After the asanas the day was followed by fruit Salad making activity.
